The building was used for training and sports exercises, living and physical recovery for gladiators.

The newer building is in L-shape and it's in the south and the east of the first building. It has another 6 rooms, from witch 3 of them have hypocaustum heat installations. Two rooms had mosaic floors. In the south side, in the mosaic room there was also the entrance in the complex. The eastern wing had two rooms, a pool with cold water along with a water-tank, a yard and the toilets situated in the northern end of the building.

The whole construction was followed on the west & north sides by a sewer.
